The event will be held at Pier Maua, Rio de Janeiro, in the mini auditorium of the National Industry Confederation (CNI) in the "Innovation Fair on Sustainable Development" organized by the Financier of Studies and Projects (FINEP).
The seminar aims to present the results of three global initiatives: Scenario 2012, The Future We Want, and My Green Dream, created to raise the understanding, ideas and aspirations of communities around the world on sustainable development and the future of our planet. These initiatives are intended to feed the international debate that takes place in Brazil this June during the UN Conference on Sustainable Development -Rio +20.
The campaigns will present the results, plans for the future, and how these tools can help public and private agencies to strengthen partnerships with communities in order to make local development plans and investment in urban renewal areas even more effective.
The event will be attended by the Minister of Environment and Climate Change of Scotland, Mr. Stewart Stevenson, who will make a presentation on Global Climate Justice Fund.
